Application  Soybean Lecithin is a good natural surfactant, widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics industries. At the same time in the medical care also have significant value.

Specification : 
In icing applications lecithin helps impart smoother texture and to prevent drying. Use of lecithin has also been noticed to increase "creaminess" and stiffness of the icing.
