PRODUCT DETAILS

 1. Daily production capacity: The output of our ice block maker is from 1ton per day to 100tons per day. But if export to abroad, we suggest make several units to reach capacity for direct technology block ice machine due to the limitation of transportation. Max. capacity for direct cooling block ice machine is 30MT/DAY.

 

2. Weight of ice block: The weight of the smallest block ice is 5kg and this size is at most for daily capacity 5tons, that's because if we make a more than 5tons daily production ice block machine, the cost will increase and evaporator too big not easy for shipment.

 

3. Ice freezing time: For 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, the ice freezing time is 5.5 hours. For 20kg, 25kg, the ice freezing time is 7.5hours, For 50kg, the ice freezing time will be 8hours to 12hours.

 Direct System Block Ice Machine

Focusun direct system block ice machine adopts edge-leading refrigeration industry technology. After direct heat exchange between refrigerant and water, in 5 to 8 hours, water is frozen out into ice. By that time, PLC controls the machine automatically into ice doffing process. Direct system utilizes hot Freon to defrost ice; so the defrosting process is fast. Aluminum evaporator adopts special technique to make sure the ice conforms to food grade standards; in other words, the ice can be directly consumed. Besides saving labor work and electricity consumption, its unique modular design saves much floor area than traditional brine system block ice machine.

Equipment features of direct system block ice making machine

The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.

The density of ice produced by direct system is 820~860kg/m3.

Energy saving : Power consumption is approx 64kw/Ton. Thus, less electricity is consumed.

Ice thawing and ice doffing are fully automatic, therefore no manual work is needed. The efficiency of this process guarantees time-saving.

The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.

The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift. Quick and convenient.

Module design makes the ice maker easy to transport, move and install.

Every direct refrigeration block ice machine can be designed and produced according to customer specific requirements.

Generally, working conditions are crucial for maintaining the stability and performance of an ice machine. Being containerized, the ice machine can work in a relatively isolated environment, where the ambient temperature can be controlled at 20ºC-25ºC.And all this facilitate the ice making process.

 Brine System Block Ice Machine

Focusun indirect brine system block ice machine uses salt water as heat transfer medium. Temperature goes down to -5 Degrees Celsius through its heat exchange with refrigerant, then cold brine water continue to cool water in the ice cans. The ice produced could be delivered to ice storage or be crushed immediately as per customers' usage requirements. ice could be delivered to ice storage or be crushed immediately as per customers' usage requirements. As it is quite solid, difficult to melt, easy to store and transport, the block ice produced by brine method is very popular among coastal and tropical areas. Focusun continues to provide brine system block ice machine with improved technology to meet different ice requirements from customers.

Equipment features

Ti pipe is used as evaporative coil to improve the heat transfer effect, and its stainlessness, anti-corrosion can guarantee the long service time.

The stainless PE part between the brine and the fresh water is proper to mode and weld. And it works very well in a cold condition.

Energy saving: Power consumption is approx 70kw/Ton. Thus, less electricity is consumed.

The density of ice produced by brine system is 840~880kg/m3. Ice is therefore, very solid.

The meticulous design of ice thawing tank and ice dumping unit allows easy operation.

Modular and integrated design ensures that it is easy to ship, move and install on the spot.
