Our high quality graphite electrodes are mainly made from petroleum coke, and a small amount of pitch coke can be added to our RP graphite electrodes. Moreover, both petroleum coke and pitch coke are up to the national standard in China. The manufacturing process of our high bulk density graphite electrodes consist mainly of crush, batching, mixing, extrusion pressing, baking, impregnation, secondary baking, graphitization, machining, quality inspection and packing. In general, it takes us 50 days to produce RP graphite electrodes and 65 days to manufacture UHP graphite electrodes.
