HB Explosion Proof Electric Hoist

Explosion-proof electric hoists are suitable for underground coal mines (non-mining surfaces). It is installed on I-steel rails to lift heavy objects, and can reciprocate in a straight line and a curve along the rail to ensure sufficient safety.

Explosion proof electric hoist is designed and manufactured according to GB3836-2000 provisions and international regulations, with the explosion proof mark of D II BT4, and D II CT4, which can be supplied to applications that has the level of II A, II B, II C grade, the temperature sub-groups T1-T4 group of combustible gas, steam and air from the explosion gas mixtures in a zone, zone 2 areas.

The explosion-proof electric hoist has compact structure, light weight, small volume and large lifting capacity. When the use environment is filled with dust explosive mixture, it is a powerful tool to improve working conditions and increase labor productivity under the premise of ensuring safety, and thus becomes a necessary mechanical equipment in a reasonable process.

1. The altitude is below 1000 meters.

2. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -20℃.

3. The power grid fluctuates within ±10%.

4. The relative humidity does not exceed 85% (when the ambient temperature is 25°C).

5. Where there is an explosive mixture of methane, coal dust, and no gas or steam that obviously damages the insulation.
