Structure

1. Top structure: fast soft shutter door (fast rolling door) drive mechanism is installed in the top chassis of the doorway, the chassis is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate and the two ends are made of 6mm thick steel plate, the end plate is equipped with mounting blocks and mounting holes for installing the scroll bearings, drive motors, and balance system components, and the surface of the steel plate is sprayed into the color required by the customer. The reel is installed in the chassis and consists of reel, shaft end, bearing seat, etc. The roll size is calculated according to the door opening height and width dimensions, and a reasonable size is selected. On this door, the roll diameter is 219mm.

2. Guiding slot box: The channel box is made of 2mm thick galvanized steel plate, standing on the second side of the doorway and fixed to the wall, and the chassis is placed on the top of the channel box and fixed to the channel box and the wall through bolts. There are sealing strips fixed on the second side of the guiding slot of the guiding slot box to ensure certain sealing requirements. The guiding slot box is sprayed with the same color as the chassis, and the brush inside the guiding slot is held against the shutter to restrict the shutter from leaving the guiding slot, so that when the car hits the door, the shutter will leave the guiding slot to avoid damage to the door body.

3. Shutter cloth: The shutter cloth is made in sections, the height of each section is about 700mm, and each section of the shutter cloth is connected into a whole shutter cloth through the special aluminum wind-resistant strip, the shutter cloth is 1.2mm thick, which has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance and not easy to pierce. Also optional for δ=2mm transparent PVC material to make the shutter or partly choose transparent PVC material to make the shutter, so as to observe the situation on the second side of the soft shutter door, with aluminum bottom beam at the bottom of the shutter, and the top of the anti-collision soft bag shutter is fixed on the reel by screws and pressure strips.

4. Actuating device: through the reducer motor directly drive soft shutter door shaft, according to the requirements of lifting speed selection of different speed ratio reducer, to achieve the required lifting speed, the fastest speed can reach more than 80cm/s. The control line adopts frequency conversion control, so that the shutter can start and stop slowly when running, and can make the shutter stop itself in place and stop the movement in the process of running.

5. Control: Soft shutter door has a control box, can be operated in the control box "open" "stop" "close" and can be set in the control box on the other side of the wall control button operation "open" "stop" "close". Optional remote control operation and radar detection or geomagnetic induction automatic door opening and closing are available as needed, infrared monitoring devices are provided on the second side of the door opening, so that when an obstacle crosses the door opening during the door movement, the shutter movement will stop or return to the open state.
