PNE 5 Ton Electric Wheel Loader is widely used instruction of high way, railway, building construction,and so on. In the construction of roads, especially in high-grade highways, loaders are used for filling and excavation of subgrade works, aggregate and loading of asphalt mixture and cement concrete stockyard. In addition, it can also carry out operations such as pushing and transporting soil, scraping the ground and towing other machinery. Because the 5 ton electric wheel loader has the advantages of fast operation speed, high efficiency, good mobility and light operation, it has become one of the main types of earthwork construction in engineering construction.
1. The wear speed is fast. Due to the influence of factors such as processing, assembly and adjustment of new machine parts, the friction surface is rough, the contact area of mating surface is small, and the pressure bearing condition of the surface is uneven. During the operation of the machine, the concave convex parts of the part surface are embedded and rubbed with each other, and the worn metal debris continues to participate in the friction as abrasive, which accelerates the wear of the fitting surface of the part. Therefore, during the running in period, it is easy to cause the wear of parts (especially the mating surface), and the wear speed is fast. At this time, if overloaded operation, it may lead to damage of parts and early failure.
2. Poor lubrication. Due to the small fit clearance of newly assembled parts and components, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of fit clearance. Lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear. So as to reduce the lubrication efficiency and cause the early abnormal wear of parts. In severe cases, it will cause scratch or bite on the friction surface of precision fit, resulting in failure.
3. The newly processed and assembled parts have geometric shape and fit size deviation. In the early stage of use, due to the impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the influence of heating, deformation and other factors, coupled with the rapid wear and other reasons, it is easy to loosen the originally fastened parts.
4. Leakage occurs. Due to the looseness of machine parts, vibration and the influence of machine heating, leakage will appear on the sealing surface and pipe joint of the machine. Some casting, processing and other defects are difficult to find during assembly and commissioning. However, due to the vibration and impact during operation, this defect is exposed, which is manifested as oil (water) leakage. Therefore, Leakage is easy to occur during running in period.
5. Most of the operation errors are due to insufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially the new operator), which is easy to cause faults or even mechanical accidents due to operation errors.
