Procedure

The first Step---Do electrostatic spraying on the surface of metal products.

Second step----Pack the substrate with PET thermal transfer film and sealing PET transfer film forming a bag with an ultrasonic sealing machine or other ways.

Step 3: Vacuum at two ends of the PET thermal transfer film bag

Step 4: Send bags into the oven for baking.

Step 5: Take the substrates out from the oven. Remove the PET thermal transfer film. The entire transfer process is completed.
